Any person concerned may request to receive information related to any personal information held by the Société du Port de Valleyfield concerning them;

When the Société du Port de Valleyfield intends to charge fees, it must inform the person concerned of the approximate amount that will be required before proceeding with the transcription, reproduction, or transmission of the document.
